The 2024 Southern Area Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 9th July in Meeting Room 2 at K2 Crawley leisure centre, Pease Pottage
Hill, Crawley RH11 9BQ. The meeting will start at 7 pm, with booking in from 6.45 pm.
There will also be the facility to join via zoom – Zoom (Meeting ID: 890 5377 4719 & Passcode: 471199)
The minutes of the 2023 AGM and all other documentation will be available from the Documents page of the Southern Area website. The agenda and committee reports will be posted in the ‘SA AGM Papers’ section of the website no later than Tuesday 2nd July.
Any resolutions from Member Clubs to be considered at the AGM must be received by the Committee no later than Tuesday 25th June.
Each Member Club is entitled to one vote at the AGM. If the person carrying the vote is not the club secretary or chair, please complete the proxy voting form (available on the website) and send this to the Committee members no later than Tuesday 2nd July.
