15:45 – 16:45 Divisioning (L3, L4, L5)
16:15 – 16:45 Registration and Weigh-in (L1, L2, VI)
16.45 – 17.45 Divisioning (L1, L2, VI)

Registration and weigh-ins will take place in the Wurlitzer room.
All competitors MUST bring their VALID judo licence and proof of grade (record book)
to registration.
OPEN weigh in: All female and male competitors MUST present themselves to the
weigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers and must wear a plain crew
neck t-shirt/rash guard for weigh ins. All competitors will receive a 0.8kg allowance.
Players are NOT permitted to change in the designated official weigh-in area.

Sunday 2nd August 2026 – TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE
09.00 Opening Ceremony
09.30 – 12.30 First block of competition (L3, L4, L5)
12:30 – 13:00 Medal ceremony of first block
13:00 – 14:00 Kata Event
14.00 – 17:00 Second block of competition (L1, L2, VI)
17:00 – 17:30 Medal ceremony of second block

Athletes are divided into two age bands: -under 15 (Born in 2012 until 2017)-over 15 (Born in 2011 and older)
Competitors grouped into pools with a minimum of 2 contests and maximum age difference of three years between where possible.
Consideration of pools will be given within divisioning and at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
