Nominations are still being accepted for the Executive Officer posts of Secretary and Vice Chair of the Southern Area Committee.

The role of Secretary has been vacant since June 2019. Skills required are : managing emails, preparing Committee minutes and agenda and liaising with SA specialist Committees.
The role Vice Chair is vacant as from the AGM on 22 May. Skills required are appreciation of the range and nature of all SA activities , strategic and operational planning, understanding the requirements and expectations of the Area by the BJA and Sport England.
SA Committee meetings are by zoom format so no travel is required; travel will be required if the AGMs as from 2023 face to face format. Committee expenses such as travel costs and photocopying are given.
