Eligibility:

ALL Competitors must have a BJA or an affiliate current licence to participate in this event
All licences must be current – NO LICENCE NO CONTEST
All players must be aged between 8 and under 16 years on the day
Graded players must have attended a grading within the 9 months prior to the date of this event.
Novice players must have held a licence for no longer than 6 months prior to the date of this event.
NO Armlocks or Strangles allowed / BJA Technical Restrictions will apply

All players MUST wear a WHITE JUDO GI
ALL competitors must attend the weigh in wearing a plain white t-shirt

Method of Elimination:
Competitors will be placed into pools of 3/4/5 based on age, weight and gender at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
ALL competitors will receive an award.
Contest times will be 3 mins, with a 1 min Golden Score, followed by a Referees decision, if there is no score at the end of contest and Golden Score. If scores are level at the end of the contest but there is a difference in penalties, the contest is decided according to those penalties.

By entering competitors into this event you agree to the following:

 I will comply with rules set out by the BJA and competition organiser.
 I understand and agree that neither the organisers of the event nor the BJA (nor any of its officials or members) shall be liable or responsible for any personal injury or for any loss or damage to my property arising out of my participation and travelling in connection with this competition.
 I am totally responsible for my own state of health and can confirm that all details provided are correct.
 I will accept all decisions of the TD / RIC and officials/event organisers as final

Tournament Entry Fee: £20.00 per player
(Non-refundable unless tournament is cancelled)

Spectator Entry Fee: £3.00 per Adult Children and OAP’s Free of Charge
(Payable on the door via cash or card on the day of the event)

Coach Entry: FOC if a valid Coaching Licence is produced, only 1 coach from each club per mat area will be allowed mat side.

Closing Date for entries: Monday 25th September 2023 or when the event has reached capacity (NO entries on the day).
