DESCRIPTION:Saturday 1st August 2026 – WURLITZER ROOM \n15:15 – 15:45 Registration and Weigh-in (L3, L4, L5)\n15:45 – 16:45 Divisioning (L3, L4, L5)\n16:15 – 16:45 Registration and Weigh-in (L1, L2, VI)\n16.45 – 17.45 Divisioning (L1, L2, VI)\nRegistration and weigh-ins will take place in the Wurlitzer room.\nAll competitors MUST bring their VALID judo licence and proof of grade (record book)\nto registration.\nOPEN weigh in: All female and male competitors MUST present themselves to the\nweigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers and must wear a plain crew\nneck t-shirt/rash guard for weigh ins. All competitors will receive a 0.8kg allowance.\nPlayers are NOT permitted to change in the designated official weigh-in area.\nSunday 2nd August 2026 – TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE \n09.00 Opening Ceremony\n09.30 – 12.30 First block of competition (L3, L4, L5)\n12:30 – 13:00 Medal ceremony of first block\n13:00 – 14:00 Kata Event\n14.00 – 17:00 Second block of competition (L1, L2, VI)\n17:00 – 17:30 Medal ceremony of second block\nAthletes are divided into two age bands: -under 15 (Born in 2012 until 2017)-over 15 (Born in 2011 and older)\nCompetitors grouped into pools with a minimum of 2 contests and maximum age difference of three years between where possible.\nConsideration of pools will be given within divisioning and at the discretion of the Tournament Director.\nClosing date for entries is:\nFriday 24th July 2026 OR when entry is full.\nEnter online at L3 British Adaptive and VI Open 2026 – British Judo Association ( https://www.britishjudo.org.uk/event/british-adaptive-and-vi-open-2026/ )\n
