DESCRIPTION:Competitive Dan Grading for 1 Kyu to 4 Dan. Please note – minimum age is 15 years.\n09:30 booking in for all grades, male and female (for 10:00 start)\nIf numbers permit, we are happy to run and promote gradings targeted at DAN GRADE MEN, 1STKYU/DAN GRADE WOMEN and MASTERS.\nAll enquiries to Llyr Jones.  Contact  email  llyr.jones@gmail.com ( llyr.jones@gmail.com )\nPlease LET US KNOW if you are going to attend a grading. This will reduce the chances of cancellation due to low numbers. This is especially important for female, masters and all Dan grade judoka. The Southern Area will do everything possible to run each grading.\nAll gradings run with the Southern Area Promotions Sub-committee in attendance,  with (inter)national referees and first aid support.\nCompetitive Skills Theory examinations (£10 fee for 1st Dan and 2nd Dan; £15 fee for 3rd Dan and 4th Dan) and Technical Dan Grading examinations (£20 fee for 1st Dan and 2nd Dan) can also be conducted on the day if arranged in advance.\nEarly bird price £20.00 closes 3 weeks before grading (2 February 2025)\nDiscounted price £25.00 closes 2 weeks before grading (9 February 2025)\nFull price  £30.00 closes 2 days before grading (21 February 2025)\nEntries on the day will generally not be permitted unless authorised by the organiser £35\nBooking online: – Southern Area Dan Grading | Southern Area Judo ( https://www.participant.co.uk/SouthernAreaJudo/event/dan_grading_Feb_2025#/init )\n
