Southern Area Judo (SAJ) needs a secretary to assist in the running of the SA Committee.
The commitment is for 4-6 online evening meetings per year plus the AGM in May / June.
The Secretary will liaise with the specialist sub Committees and County Committees and check some items for the SA website (proof reading and suitability) before forwarding them to the website lead. Additionally the Secretary will be responsible for monitoring the generic email box and forwarding to the relevant SAC member for response.
A good level of IT skills (word and basic excel) and experience of meetings, including writing agendas and taking minutes are required.
